1. Use of the App
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Sulubeyn.
In these terms, “app” means any application or game published by Sulubeyn on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Changes to the App & Charges
Sulubeyn is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
3. Your Data & Device Security
Sulubeyn apps store and process personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Sulubeyn apps won’t work properly or at all.
4. Connectivity & Third-Party Charges
You should be aware that there are certain things that Sulubeyn will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Sulubeyn cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
5. Responsibility
Along the same lines, Sulubeyn cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Sulubeyn cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Sulubeyn’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Sulubeyn accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Updates & Termination
At some point, we may wish to update the app. Our apps are available on iOS and, for some apps, Android – the requirements may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Sulubeyn does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS or Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. The title, length and price of each subscription are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless we notify you otherwise.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Previous purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchases” in the app.
On Android, purchases are made through Google Play and charged to your Google account; Google Play’s refund policy applies.
A one-time “Remove Ads” purchase (for example, in Patch Cats) is non-consumable: it permanently turns off the ads between levels. Optional rewarded videos remain available.
8. Ads & In-Game Items
Some free apps, such as Patch Cats, show third-party ads. Rewarded videos are always optional. Ads are provided by the ad network, not by Sulubeyn, and we are not responsible for their content.
In-game items such as meows, catnip or other in-game currency and rewards have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, and they are not property you own; they are part of your licence to use the app.
9. User Content & Conduct
Some apps let you post messages or other content. You remain responsible for what you share and must not post content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes the rights of others. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Apps with user-generated content provide tools to report content and block users; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, generally within 24 hours.
10. App Store & Google Play Terms
If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), unless we provide a separate licence. In addition:
These terms are between you and Sulubeyn only, not Apple. Sulubeyn, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Sulubeyn, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer-protection claims, and any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

1. Uygulamanın Kullanımı
Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşullar sizin için otomatik olarak geçerli olur; bu nedenle uygulamayı kullanmadan önce koşulları dikkatlice okuduğunuzdan emin olmalısınız. Uygulamayı, uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü veya ticari markalarımızı hiçbir şekilde kopyalamanıza veya değiştirmenize izin verilmez. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışmanıza izin verilmez; ayrıca uygulamayı başka dillere çevirmeye veya türev sürümlerini oluşturmaya çalışmamalısınız. Uygulamanın kendisi ve onunla ilgili tüm ticari markalar, telif hakları, veri tabanı hakları ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları Sulubeyn’e aittir.
Bu koşullarda “uygulama”, Sulubeyn tarafından App Store’da veya Google Play’de yayınlanan herhangi bir uygulama veya oyunu ifade eder.
2. Uygulamadaki Değişiklikler ve Ücretler
Sulubeyn, uygulamanın olabildiğince faydalı ve verimli olmasını sağlamaya kendini adamıştır. Bu nedenle, uygulamada değişiklik yapma veya hizmetleri için ücret talep etme hakkını, herhangi bir zamanda ve herhangi bir nedenle saklı tutarız. Neye ödeme yaptığınızı size açıkça belirtmeden uygulama veya hizmetleri için sizden asla ücret almayız.
3. Verileriniz ve Cihaz Güvenliği
Sulubeyn uygulamaları, Hizmetimizi sunabilmek için bize sağladığınız kişisel verileri Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklandığı şekilde saklar ve işler. Telefonunuzun ve uygulamaya erişiminizin güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Bu nedenle, cihazınızın resmi işletim sistemi tarafından getirilen yazılım kısıtlamalarını ve sınırlamalarını kaldırma işlemi olan jailbreak veya root yapmamanızı öneririz. Bu işlem telefonunuzu kötü amaçlı yazılımlara/virüslere/zararlı programlara karşı savunmasız bırakabilir, telefonunuzun güvenlik özelliklerini tehlikeye atabilir ve Sulubeyn uygulamalarının düzgün çalışmamasına veya hiç çalışmamasına yol açabilir.
4. Bağlantı ve Üçüncü Taraf Ücretleri
Sulubeyn’in sorumluluk kabul etmeyeceği bazı durumlar olduğunu bilmelisiniz. Uygulamanın bazı işlevleri aktif bir internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Bağlantı Wi-Fi olabilir veya mobil şebeke sağlayıcınız tarafından sağlanabilir; ancak Wi-Fi erişiminiz yoksa ve veri paketiniz kalmamışsa, uygulamanın tam işlevsellikle çalışmamasından Sulubeyn sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulamayı Wi-Fi bulunan bir alanın dışında kullanıyorsanız, mobil şebeke sağlayıcınızla olan sözleşme koşullarınızın geçerli olmaya devam edeceğini unutmamalısınız. Sonuç olarak, uygulamaya erişirken bağlantı süresince veri maliyeti veya diğer üçüncü taraf ücretleri için mobil sağlayıcınız tarafından ücretlendirilebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kullanarak, veri dolaşımını kapatmadan kendi bölgeniz veya ülkeniz dışında kullanmanız halinde oluşabilecek dolaşım ücretleri dahil bu tür ücretlerin sorumluluğunu kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı kullandığınız cihazın faturasını ödeyen kişi siz değilseniz, faturayı ödeyen kişiden uygulamayı kullanmak için izin aldığınızı varsaydığımızı lütfen unutmayın.
5. Sorumluluk
Aynı şekilde, Sulubeyn uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınızdan her zaman sorumlu tutulamaz; örneğin cihazınızın şarjlı kalmasını sağlamanız gerekir – pili biterse ve Hizmetten yararlanmak için cihazınızı açamazsanız Sulubeyn sorumluluk kabul edemez.
Uygulamayı kullanımınızla ilgili olarak Sulubeyn’in sorumluluğu bakımından şunu akılda tutmanız önemlidir: uygulamanın her zaman güncel ve doğru olmasını sağlamaya çalışsak da, bilgileri size sunabilmek için üçüncü tarafların bize bilgi sağlamasına güveniyoruz. Sulubeyn, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın bu işlevine tamamen güvenmeniz sonucunda yaşayabileceğiniz doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir kayıptan sorumlu değildir.
6. Güncellemeler ve Fesih
Bir noktada uygulamayı güncellemek isteyebiliriz. Uygulamalarımız iOS’ta ve bazı uygulamalar için Android’de mevcuttur – gereksinimler değişebilir ve uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek istiyorsanız güncellemeleri indirmeniz gerekir. Sulubeyn, uygulamayı her zaman sizin için uygun olacak ve/veya cihazınızda yüklü iOS veya Android sürümüyle çalışacak şekilde güncelleyeceğini taahhüt etmez. Ancak size sunulduğunda uygulama güncellemelerini her zaman kabul edeceğinizi taahhüt edersiniz. Ayrıca uygulamayı sunmayı durdurmak isteyebilir ve size fesih bildirimi yapmadan herhangi bir zamanda kullanımını sonlandırabiliriz. Aksini belirtmedikçe, herhangi bir fesih durumunda (a) bu koşullarla size tanınan haklar ve lisanslar sona erer; (b) uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmalı ve (gerekirse) cihazınızdan silmelisiniz.
7. Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar ve Abonelikler
Bazı uygulamalar isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alımlar veya otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunar. Her aboneliğin adı, süresi ve fiyatı satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Otomatik yenileme, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadıkça abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Yenileme ücreti, aksi bildirilmedikçe aynı fiyattan, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Önceki satın alımlarınızı, aynı Apple Hesabıyla oturum açılmış herhangi bir cihazda uygulamadaki “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” seçeneğiyle geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
Android’de satın alımlar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve Google hesabınızdan tahsil edilir; Google Play’in iade politikası geçerlidir.
Tek seferlik “Reklamları Kaldır” satın alımı (örneğin Patch Cats’te) tüketilmeyen bir üründür: seviyeler arasındaki reklamları kalıcı olarak kapatır. İsteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar kullanılabilir olmaya devam eder.
8. Reklamlar ve Oyun İçi Öğeler
Patch Cats gibi bazı ücretsiz uygulamalar üçüncü taraf reklamlar gösterir. Ödüllü videolar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır. Reklamlar Sulubeyn tarafından değil reklam ağı tarafından sağlanır ve içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz.
Miyav, kedi otu veya diğer oyun içi para birimleri ve ödüller gibi oyun içi öğelerin gerçek bir değeri yoktur. Paraya çevrilemez, satılamaz veya devredilemez; sahip olduğunuz bir mülk değil, uygulamayı kullanma lisansınızın bir parçasıdır.
9. Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Davranış
Bazı uygulamalar mesaj veya başka içerik paylaşmanıza olanak tanır. Paylaştıklarınızdan siz sorumlusunuz; hukuka aykırı, saldırgan, taciz edici, nefret içeren, müstehcen veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmamalısınız. Uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötü niyetli kullanıcılara tolerans gösterilmez. Kullanıcı içeriği barındıran uygulamalar, içerik bildirme ve kullanıcı engelleme araçları sunar; bildirimleri inceler ve bu koşulları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırabilir veya hesapları genellikle 24 saat içinde askıya alabiliriz.
10. App Store ve Google Play Koşulları
Uygulamayı Apple’ın App Store’undan indirdiyseniz, ayrı bir lisans sunmadığımız sürece kullanımınız Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (“Standart EULA”) ile de düzenlenir. Ayrıca:
Bu koşullar Apple ile değil, yalnızca sizinle Sulubeyn arasındadır. Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple değil, yalnızca Sulubeyn sorumludur.
Apple’ın uygulama için herhangi bir bakım veya destek hizmeti sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple’a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple varsa satın alma bedelini iade eder. Apple’ın uygulamayla ilgili başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Ürün sorumluluğu, yasal veya düzenleyici uyumluluk, tüketicinin korunması ve uygulamanın üçüncü bir tarafın fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiaları dahil, uygulamayla ilgili her türlü talebin muhatabı Apple değil, Sulubeyn’dir.
Uygulamayı kullanırken geçerli üçüncü taraf koşullarına (örneğin mobil veri hizmeti sözleşmenize) uymalısınız.
Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve bu koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
12. Kullanım Koşullarındaki Değişiklikler
Kullanım Koşullarımızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bu nedenle, değişiklikler için bu sayfayı düzenli olarak incelemeniz önerilir. Herhangi bir değişikliği, yeni Kullanım Koşullarını bu sayfada yayınlayarak ve yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştirerek bildiririz. Bu değişiklikler, bu sayfada yayınlandıktan hemen sonra yürürlüğe girer.
