1. Introduction
This Privacy Notice governs the privacy policy of our Services.
This page is used to inform website visitors and app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. “Service” means the mobile applications and games published by Sulubeyn on the App Store and Google Play, and this website.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
The data controller for the Service is Sulubeyn, Acıbadem, Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye — [email protected].
2. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Phone Number, Location. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Not every app collects every type of data. Depending on the app and the features you use, the information may include:
Contact information — such as name, email address or phone number, when you create an account, place an order or contact support.
User content — such as messages, photos or documents you create or choose to share inside an app.
Usage and diagnostics — such as app interactions, crash logs and performance data, used to fix bugs and improve the app.
Identifiers — such as a device or app-instance identifier used by analytics and crash reporting.
Location — only when an app needs it for a feature and only after you grant permission.
Games without an account (for example, Patch Cats). Some of our games have no account and never ask for your name, email or contact details. They collect only anonymous usage and diagnostic data, the advertising data described in Tracking & Advertising, and whether you have bought an in-app purchase. Your game progress is kept on your device and in your own iCloud or Android backup (see Third-Party Services).
The data each app collects is also disclosed on its App Store product page under “App Privacy”. We use this information only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service, to respond to you, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Device Permissions
Some features require access to device capabilities such as the Camera, Photos, Bluetooth, Location or Notifications. Each app asks for permission through the standard iOS or Android prompt and explains why access is needed. Reminders in our games are local notifications scheduled on your device; no push server is used. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in Settings on your device. Wherever possible, images, scans and other content are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless a feature clearly requires it.
4. Face Data (Toon Face)
Toon Face turns a photo that you take or choose into a stylised image. Photos of people contain faces, so this section explains exactly how that face data is handled.
What is collected: only the photo you take or select for an effect. The app does not use Face ID, the TrueDepth camera or ARKit face tracking, and it does not create face geometry, facial landmarks, face templates or any other biometric identifier.
How it is used: the photo is used only to create the effect you asked for. It is not used to identify you, for advertising, for analytics or to train AI models.
Who it is shared with: to create the effect, the photo is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server and from there to our AI image-processing provider, fal.ai, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your photos or share them with anyone else.
How long it is kept: our server does not save your photo; it is discarded as soon as the result has been sent back to your device. fal.ai processes the image only to produce the result and may keep it temporarily as described in its privacy policy. Your photos and results are stored only on your device (in the app’s history and, if you choose to save them, in your Photos library). You can delete them at any time in the app or by deleting the app.
5. Third-Party Services
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Apple Game Center — optional leaderboards: your score appears under your Game Center profile. Managed by Apple.
Apple iCloud — game progress is saved to your own iCloud account (key-value storage), so it comes back after a reinstall or on your other devices. We cannot see or access this data.
Google Play — on Android, purchases and Android’s own backup of the app’s data to your Google account.
Not every app uses every service listed here.
We only work with providers that offer a level of data protection consistent with this policy and applicable law. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye; where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
6. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
7. Tracking & Advertising
We do not share your data with data brokers. Most of our apps show no ads.
Apps with ads (for example, Patch Cats). Some free games show ads from Google AdMob: full-screen ads between levels and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google’s consent form asks for your choice before any ad is requested, and you can change it at any time in the game’s Settings › Ad Privacy Options. On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether Google may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you allow it, ads may be personalised; if you decline, the identifier is not used. You can change this choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Google may collect device and ad-interaction data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where an app offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase, it turns off the ads between levels.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account, or on Android by Google Play through your Google account. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information from the store (such as product purchased and subscription status) to unlock the content you bought.
9. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your language preference locally in your browser.
10. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
11. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the providers listed above.
If an app lets you create an account, you can delete your account and its associated data from within the app. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting the app from your device removes data stored locally on that device.
In games that save progress to iCloud (such as Patch Cats), the synced copy stays in your iCloud account after you delete the app. To stop syncing, turn off iCloud for the game in your device’s iCloud settings. On Android, the backup copy is managed in your Google account’s backup settings. For analytics or crash data linked to your app instance, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
12. Your Rights
Depending on where you live — including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you may have the right to:
learn whether we process your personal data and request access to it;
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request deletion of your data;
object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
request a copy of your data in a portable format;
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority — KVKK).
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including encryption in transit. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
14. Links to Other Sites
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
15. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Bu Gizlilik Bildirimi, Hizmetlerimizin gizlilik politikasını düzenler.
Bu sayfa, Hizmetimizi kullanmaya karar veren web sitesi ziyaretçilerini ve uygulama kullanıcılarını, Kişisel Bilgilerin toplanması, kullanılması ve paylaşılmasına ilişkin politikalarımız hakkında bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. “Hizmet”, Sulubeyn tarafından App Store’da ve Google Play’de yayınlanan mobil uygulamalar ve oyunlar ile bu web sitesini ifade eder.
Hizmetimizi kullanmayı seçerseniz, bu politika kapsamında bilgilerin toplanmasını ve kullanılmasını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Topladığımız Kişisel Bilgiler, Hizmeti sunmak ve geliştirmek için kullanılır. Bilgilerinizi bu Gizlilik Politikası’nda açıklananlar dışında hiç kimseyle kullanmayız veya paylaşmayız. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası’nda kullanılan terimler, aksi belirtilmedikçe Kullanım Koşulları’mızdaki anlamlarla aynıdır.

2. Bilgilerin Toplanması ve Kullanımı
Daha iyi bir deneyim için, Hizmetimizi kullanırken Ad, Telefon Numarası, Konum dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere belirli kişisel bilgileri bize sağlamanızı isteyebiliriz. Talep ettiğimiz bilgiler tarafımızca saklanır ve bu gizlilik politikasında açıklandığı şekilde kullanılır.
Her uygulama her tür veriyi toplamaz. Uygulamaya ve kullandığınız özelliklere bağlı olarak bu bilgiler şunları içerebilir:
İletişim bilgileri — hesap oluşturduğunuzda, sipariş verdiğinizde veya destek talep ettiğinizde ad, e-posta adresi ya da telefon numarası.
Kullanıcı içeriği — uygulama içinde oluşturduğunuz veya paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz mesajlar, fotoğraflar ya da belgeler.
Kullanım ve tanılama verileri — hataları gidermek ve uygulamayı geliştirmek için uygulama etkileşimleri, çökme kayıtları ve performans verileri.
Tanımlayıcılar — analiz ve çökme raporlama araçlarının kullandığı cihaz veya uygulama tanımlayıcıları.
Konum — yalnızca bir özellik bunu gerektirdiğinde ve yalnızca siz izin verdikten sonra.
Hesap gerektirmeyen oyunlar (örneğin Patch Cats). Bazı oyunlarımızda hesap yoktur; adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya iletişim bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman istenmez. Bu oyunlar yalnızca anonim kullanım ve tanılama verilerini, Takip ve Reklam bölümünde anlatılan reklam verilerini ve bir uygulama içi satın alım yapıp yapmadığınızı toplar. Oyundaki ilerlemeniz cihazınızda ve kendi iCloud ya da Android yedeğinizde saklanır (bkz. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler).
Her uygulamanın topladığı veriler, App Store ürün sayfasındaki “Uygulama Gizliliği” bölümünde de belirtilir. Bu bilgileri yalnızca Hizmeti sunmak, sürdürmek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek, size yanıt vermek ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek için kullanırız.
3. Cihaz İzinleri
Bazı özellikler Kamera, Fotoğraflar, Bluetooth, Konum veya Bildirimler gibi cihaz yeteneklerine erişim gerektirir. Her uygulama, standart iOS veya Android izin penceresi aracılığıyla izin ister ve erişimin neden gerektiğini açıklar. Oyunlarımızdaki hatırlatmalar cihazınızda planlanan yerel bildirimlerdir; bildirim sunucusu kullanılmaz. Bu izinleri dilediğiniz zaman cihazınızdaki Ayarlar bölümünden verebilir veya geri alabilirsiniz. Mümkün olan her durumda görüntüler, taramalar ve diğer içerikler cihazınızda işlenir; bir özellik açıkça gerektirmedikçe sunucularımıza yüklenmez.
4. Yüz Verileri (Toon Face)
Toon Face, çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz bir fotoğrafı stilize bir görsele dönüştürür. İnsan fotoğrafları yüz içerdiğinden, bu bölüm söz konusu yüz verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini açıkça anlatır.
Toplanan veriler: yalnızca bir efekt için çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz fotoğraf. Uygulama Face ID, TrueDepth kamera veya ARKit yüz takibi kullanmaz; yüz geometrisi, yüz noktaları, yüz şablonu veya başka herhangi bir biyometrik tanımlayıcı oluşturmaz.
Kullanım amacı: fotoğraf yalnızca istediğiniz efekti oluşturmak için kullanılır. Kimliğinizi belirlemek, reklam, analiz veya yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanılmaz.
Paylaşıldığı taraflar: efekti oluşturmak için fotoğraf şifreli (HTTPS) bir bağlantıyla sunucumuza, oradan da bizim adımıza işleyen yapay zekâ görüntü işleme sağlayıcımız fal.ai’ye gönderilir. Fotoğraflarınızı satmaz ve başka kimseyle paylaşmayız.
Saklama süresi: sunucumuz fotoğrafınızı kaydetmez; sonuç cihazınıza gönderilir gönderilmez silinir. fal.ai görüntüyü yalnızca sonucu üretmek için işler ve gizlilik politikasında belirtildiği şekilde geçici olarak saklayabilir. Fotoğraflarınız ve sonuçlar yalnızca cihazınızda (uygulamanın geçmişinde ve kaydetmeyi seçerseniz Fotoğraflar arşivinizde) saklanır. Bunları dilediğiniz zaman uygulamadan veya uygulamayı silerek silebilirsiniz.
5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, sizi tanımlamak için kullanılabilecek bilgiler toplayabilen üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanmaktadır.
Uygulamanın kullandığı üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıların gizlilik politikalarına bağlantılar:
RevenueCat — uygulama içi satın alımları işler. Mağaza makbuzunu ve anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliğini alır; adınızı veya ödeme bilgilerinizi asla almaz.
Apple Game Center — isteğe bağlı liderlik tabloları: puanınız Game Center profilinizle görünür. Apple tarafından yönetilir.
Apple iCloud — oyundaki ilerlemeniz kendi iCloud hesabınıza (anahtar-değer deposu) kaydedilir; böylece yeniden yüklemede veya diğer cihazlarınızda geri gelir. Bu veriyi biz göremeyiz ve erişemeyiz.
Google Play — Android’de satın alımlar ve uygulama verilerinin Android tarafından Google hesabınıza yedeklenmesi.
Her uygulama burada listelenen her hizmeti kullanmaz.
Yalnızca bu politika ve yürürlükteki mevzuatla uyumlu düzeyde veri koruması sağlayan sağlayıcılarla çalışırız. Bazı sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye dışında işleyebilir; bu durumda yürürlükteki veri koruma mevzuatının öngördüğü güvencelere dayanırız.
6. Kayıt (Log) Verileri
Hizmetimizi kullandığınızda, uygulamada bir hata oluşması durumunda telefonunuzda (üçüncü taraf ürünler aracılığıyla) Kayıt Verisi adı verilen veri ve bilgileri topladığımızı bildirmek isteriz. Bu Kayıt Verileri; cihazınızın İnternet Protokolü (“IP”) adresi, cihaz adı, işletim sistemi sürümü, Hizmetimizi kullanırken uygulamanın yapılandırması, Hizmeti kullandığınız tarih ve saat ile diğer istatistikler gibi bilgileri içerebilir.
7. Takip ve Reklam
Verilerinizi veri simsarlarıyla paylaşmayız. Uygulamalarımızın çoğu reklam göstermez.
Reklam gösteren uygulamalar (örneğin Patch Cats). Bazı ücretsiz oyunlar Google AdMob reklamları gösterir: seviyeler arasında tam ekran reklamlar ve sizin izlemeyi seçtiğiniz isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar. AEA, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre’deyseniz, herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce Google’ın onay formu tercihinizi sorar; bu tercihi dilediğiniz zaman oyundaki Ayarlar › Reklam Gizlilik Seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. iOS’ta Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı (App Tracking Transparency) penceresi, Google’ın sizi başka şirketlere ait uygulama ve web sitelerinde takip etmek için cihazınızın reklam tanımlayıcısını (IDFA) kullanıp kullanamayacağını sorar. İzin verirseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilebilir; vermezseniz tanımlayıcı kullanılmaz. Bu tercihi dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › Takip bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Google, cihaz ve reklam etkileşimi verilerini Google’ın, hizmetlerini kullanan site veya uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığı sayfasında anlatıldığı şekilde toplayabilir. Bir uygulama tek seferlik “Reklamları Kaldır” satın alımı sunuyorsa, bu satın alım seviyeler arasındaki reklamları kapatır.
8. Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar ve Abonelikler
Uygulama içi satın alım ve abonelik ödemeleri, Apple Hesabınız üzerinden Apple tarafından veya Android’de Google hesabınız üzerinden Google Play tarafından işlenir. Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almayız veya saklamayız. Satın aldığınız içeriği açabilmek için mağazadan sınırlı işlem bilgisi (satın alınan ürün ve abonelik durumu gibi) alabiliriz.
9. Çerezler
Çerezler, genellikle anonim benzersiz tanımlayıcı olarak kullanılan, az miktarda veri içeren dosyalardır. Ziyaret ettiğiniz web sitelerinden tarayıcınıza gönderilir ve cihazınızın dahili belleğinde saklanır.
Bu Hizmet, “çerezleri” doğrudan kullanmaz. Ancak uygulama, bilgi toplamak ve hizmetlerini geliştirmek için “çerez” kullanan üçüncü taraf kod ve kütüphaneler kullanabilir. Bu çerezleri kabul etme veya reddetme ve cihazınıza ne zaman çerez gönderildiğini öğrenme seçeneğiniz vardır. Çerezlerimizi reddetmeyi seçerseniz, bu Hizmetin bazı bölümlerini kullanamayabilirsiniz.
Bu web sitesi reklam veya analiz çerezi kullanmaz; yalnızca dil tercihinizi tarayıcınızda yerel olarak saklar.
10. Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
Aşağıdaki nedenlerle üçüncü taraf şirketler ve kişilerle çalışabiliriz:
Hizmetimizi kolaylaştırmak;
Hizmeti bizim adımıza sunmak;
Hizmetle ilgili işlemleri gerçekleştirmek; veya
Hizmetimizin nasıl kullanıldığını analiz etmemize yardımcı olmak.
Bu Hizmetin kullanıcılarını, söz konusu üçüncü tarafların Kişisel Bilgilerinize erişimi olduğu konusunda bilgilendirmek isteriz. Bunun nedeni, bizim adımıza kendilerine verilen görevleri yerine getirmeleridir. Ancak bu bilgileri başka herhangi bir amaçla ifşa etmemek veya kullanmamakla yükümlüdürler.
11. Saklama ve Silme
Kişisel bilgileri yalnızca bu politikada açıklanan amaçlar için gerekli olduğu sürece veya kanunen gerekli olan süre boyunca saklarız. Tanılama ve analiz verileri, yukarıda listelenen sağlayıcıların saklama ayarlarına göre tutulur.
Bir uygulama hesap oluşturmanıza olanak tanıyorsa, hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Ayrıca dilediğiniz zaman [email protected] adresine e-posta göndererek verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Talebinize 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmek, o cihazda yerel olarak saklanan verileri kaldırır.
İlerlemeyi iCloud’a kaydeden oyunlarda (Patch Cats gibi), eşitlenen kopya uygulamayı sildikten sonra da iCloud hesabınızda kalır. Eşitlemeyi durdurmak için cihazınızın iCloud ayarlarından oyun için iCloud’u kapatabilirsiniz. Android’de yedek kopya, Google hesabınızın yedekleme ayarlarından yönetilir. Uygulama örneğinize bağlı analiz veya çökme verilerinin silinmesi için bize e-posta gönderin; 30 gün içinde sileriz.
12. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB/Birleşik Krallık Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) dahil, bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak şu haklara sahip olabilirsiniz:
kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bunlara erişim talep etme;
eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme;
verilerinizin silinmesini isteme;
belirli işlemelere itiraz etme veya kısıtlanmasını isteme ve rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alma;
verilerinizin taşınabilir bir formatta bir kopyasını isteme;
denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma (Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).

13. Güvenlik
Kişisel Bilgilerinizi bize emanet etmenize değer veriyoruz; bu nedenle iletim sırasında şifreleme dahil, ticari olarak kabul edilebilir yöntemlerle koruma sağlamaya çalışıyoruz. Ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim veya elektronik depolama yönteminin %100 güvenli ve güvenilir olmadığını, mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyeceğimizi unutmayın.
14. Diğer Sitelere Bağlantılar
Bu Hizmet, başka sitelere bağlantılar içerebilir. Bir üçüncü taraf bağlantısına tıklarsanız o siteye yönlendirilirsiniz. Bu harici sitelerin tarafımızca işletilmediğini unutmayın. 15. Çocukların Gizliliği
Bu Hizmetler 13 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini tespit etmemiz halinde bu bilgiyi sunucularımızdan derhal sileriz. Ebeveyn veya vasiyseniz ve çocuğunuzun bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini biliyorsanız, gerekli işlemleri yapabilmemiz için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.
16. Bu Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler
Gizlilik Politikamızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bu nedenle, değişiklikler için bu sayfayı düzenli olarak incelemeniz önerilir.
