Common questions
Why is a device not showing up?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled, the device is powered on and in range, and you have granted Bluetooth permission
to Find Device. Some devices only advertise intermittently — try rescanning.
Is this Apple Find My?
No. Find Device scans generic BLE signals nearby. It does not access Apple Find My or iCloud device location
services.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Open Find Device → Settings → Manage Subscription, or go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
